The 33 Gates of Light didn’t appear to me as a set of techniques learned in a classroom or from placing hands on anyone’s body. They arrived the way true spiritual work often does: as a series of clear, insistent downloads that came through when I was in deep connection with the unseen.
I remember the first time I felt it. I was connecting to the spirit of Esperanza Mercado, one of my guiding lights, and something started to flow through. It wasn’t coming from my logical mind, and it wasn’t something I had read in a book. It was as if a map of the spine and these energetic gates was being shown to me layer by layer. I couldn’t tell you whether it came directly from Esperanza or from some larger field of wisdom that wanted this work to come forth. But I knew I was channeling something real.
So, let’s be clear: I didn’t “invent” the 33 Gates of Light. I received them. They came through me, and I wrote them down. Each gate revealed itself as a point of energetic access, like a doorway along the spine that the body’s wisdom could recognize and the soul could use. And yes, this is also physical healing, but it’s physical healing that begins in the subtle realms and then settles into the body.
When I say I channel this work, I mean exactly that. It’s not just knowledge I’ve gathered. It’s a living wisdom that chose to come through my energy, and that’s why it carries a certain resonance. People often ask why they get answers from me that they don’t get from anyone else. It’s because the guidance comes through a specific channel—mine. And that channel was opened by working with spirit, not by working with muscle and bone.
The 33 Gates are not a concept I crafted out of thin air. They are a set of pathways that came into my awareness because they needed to be shared. They are about returning to the body, yes, but through a spiritual doorway. And that’s why this work feels different. It’s channeled. It’s alive. And it’s here to help you come back into your body in a way that’s guided by something beyond the ordinary.
So when you experience the 33 Gates, know that you’re stepping into a space that was received, not constructed. A space where spirit and spine meet. And where the wisdom that came through me can now come through you.
