Return to the heart and North Rebirth Retreat

For many years, I thought about creating retreats and every time, something in me said, not yet.

Not because I did not know how or

because I lacked the tools or the training.

But because I had not yet fully walked myself through what I would be asking others to face.

I had to meet my own shadows first.

I had to return to my own heart, without bypassing anything.

I had to acknowledge what was, let it go, and stop trying to prove anything to anyone.

Five years ago, I could have done this from ego.

From the need to show, to build, to be seen.

Now, I do it from the heart.

In two very different ways.

Return to the Heart

Return to the Heart is exactly what its name says.

It is not a rebirth.

It is a remembering.

It is learning what love really is.

Not the sanitized version anyway, or the spiritual slogan version.

Love with its beauty and its discomfort. Love that feels. Love that understands. Love that includes what came before you and what will come after you, because of the work you choose to do now.

This retreat is rooted in Munay Ki and in the land of Mani itself.

Mani is raw.

Rocky. Unforgiving.

A land where invaders did not pass through easily.

A land that was never lush or fertile, yet held people who learned how to thrive instead of survive.

The natives of Mani did not hide.

They built towers.

Sacred structures where every stone had a role, every position mattered.

This is the energy we work with.

Not using the land, but becoming one with it.

Using what is already around you.

Letting that be enough.

Return to the Heart is grounding.

It is safety.

It is slowing down enough to feel love in your body again.

I co-facilitate this retreat with Josh.

We are two parts of the same coin.

I can be loud and direct.

He is soft and gentle.

He feels.

I know.

Together, we hold the full spectrum.

And together, we create a space where love is not an idea, but a lived experience.

North Rebirth Retreat

North Rebirth is different.

This is a letting go.

A conscious rebirth.

It is about acknowledging your shadows, not fearing them.

Seeing them clearly, leaving them at the door, and choosing what comes next.

I chose Pelion intentionally.

The mountain.

The rough terrain.

The water that moves.

Pelion holds everything.

Mountains, forests, rivers, sea.

Each one perfect in its own way.

This is what I want the women who come here to see.

You do not need to change who you are.

You need to stop suppressing it.

When you honor what you are, it shifts on its own.

In North Rebirth, I hold the container.

I contain the energy.

I bring in the runes and the Northern currents that match the land and its truth.

I co-facilitate with a phenomenal team.

A shaman and NLP master practitioner and an astrologer.

Each woman is seen from every angle.

Who she is.

How she functions.

Where she has been stuck.

And where she is actually going.

This retreat is protected.

Guided.

Held.

You do not wander blindly.

You leave knowing where you are headed and why.

What I am and what I am not promising.

In neither retreat am I promising that life will become easy.

I am not promising constant flow, love, or roses.

What I am promising is this.

A real check-in.

An honest pause.

A moment where you see how you have been living, choosing, loving, and carrying things.

And from there, you decide how you move forward.

Both retreats are about remembering.

Different paths, same core.

Remember who you were before the noise.

Before the inherited beliefs.

Before the roles you learned to play.

Before life hardened you in places you did not even notice.

One retreat grounds you back into love.

The other clears the way forward.

Both bring you back to yourself.

If one of them is calling you, you will know.

There is no convincing needed.

When the remembering begins, it is unmistakable.
